Returns & Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Goods:
While great care is taken in preparing
your order, items may occassionally be
affected during transit. Please note that
Canada Post is responsible and
provides coverage for damage that
occurs during the shipping process.
To facilitate a claim with the carrier,
please inspect your package
immediately upon arrival.
If for any other reason an item
does not meet your expectations,

return process is available to you:
30-Day Return Window:
Return eligibility is within 30 days of
the date you received your merchandise.
Return Authorization (RA) Number:
To ensure your refund is processed
accurately and timely, a Return
Authorization number is
required for a returned item.

website. Provide your order number and
the details of the item you wish to return.
Once approved, an RA number will be
issued to include with your shipment.
Condition of Merchandise:
Returns are accepted on all items sold.
To receive a full refund of your purchase
price, the item must be returned as
complete as it was received. Returns
are accepted in both opened and
unopened condition, provided all
original components are returned.
How to Return an Item:
Request your RA Number by
using the provided Contact Form.
Package Securely:
Place the item back in the original
packaging or a sturdy box. Clearly write the
RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship via Canada Post:
Customers are responsible for
the cost of return shipping.
Note: Using regular mail through Canada
Post is often the most cost-effective
method; return shipping is estimated
to be less than $10.00 CAD
for most standard items.
Receive Your Refund:
Once your item is received and inspected,
a full refund of the purchase price will be
issued to your original method of payment.
